Very Good
Really nice hotel with private beach and 2 pools. Good selection of food and drinks. Entertainment/Animation was mainly for kids, but we stayed in May, so hopefully during summer it is better,
I was asked to fill in online form to speed up check in, but on arrival I had to fill out paper version again.

The hotel Is very old, everything testifies a glorious past, but everything is clean.

A nice getaway for a last minute escape!
It was a child friendly hotel, kids pool were great, the food was fabulous and the restaurant service was good and ran well.
The beds and pillows were not comfortable, need pillow options and better mattresses to make it a more comfortable sleep.

The sea it was really nice.
Hotel is not 5 star hotel. Really run down, old School and screaming for refurbishment definetly not 5 star hotel and service. Room was okay but really old fasion and not practical,not enough connector to charge you phone or your laptop etc. Air condition is not working properly and if you dont have a spare key there is no electrixity once you left the room. WiFi connection was terrible. Food was okay but again it was not 5 star service. The bar and drinks was limited and not much option for coctails. Staffs were okay and nice but not everyone. We didnt really get a nice welcoming when we arrived, no information about what we can do where we can go etc. We have to find out by ourself which is okay but not when you are staying+paying at 5 star hotel service. We did enjoy our time at Crete and we will definetly go back but we won't stay at this hotel again.
